Standard Σ cube which consists of optics holders and cube. 3D optical path will be able to be developed by assembling small aluminum guides at right angles installing mirrors and/or dichroic mirrors. In addition, it can be adapted to optical cage system and can work as a mechanical base of a whole optical system depending on the setup. Σ cube is the main product and works as a hub for constructing optical system with various kinds of optics.

  • Σcube (Adjustable-Angle and Detachable-Mirror) is used with small aluminum guide series(OBS-50G, OBS-120G, OBS-200G or OBS-300G) and CU elements. Please refer to the video Assembly 09 to assemble the Core Unit microscope.
Attention
  • Also applicable as a connecting adapter for optical cage system(30mm type) by using the screw holes (M3*4) of 30mm gap on cube. M3 screws (attached with cage rod of OptoSigma) or inch-M3 conversion adapters are required. CU-011 is Σ cube standard unit and consists of cube frame and two axis adjustable holder.
  • Applicable mirror holder is circular type, diamter of 25mm or 1 inch and thickness of 5mm or rectangular type, 26mm by 38mm maximum and thickness of 1mm. Applicable rectangular type size might be smaller if the holder is fixed on specific plane. Please contact us for more detail.
