2-year Warranty on all standard products!

We want you to be completely satisfied and are highly confident in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. That is why we offer an industry leading two-year warranty for most of our standard products! (Some exceptions apply). We will repair or replace products that fail or malfunction during the warranty period, provided that the products are used under normal conditions. Simply email us with your claim and we will promptly support your request.

Simply email us at sales@optosigma.com, you will get a shipping label and RMA reference number to use for returning your item. We do require original packaging and your item does have to be free from defect to receive a full credit.
