These are low outgassing base plates for fixing vacuum holders and vacuum stages in the optical baseplates.

◦ A long cutout hole enables positioning of the base plate in the optimal position.
◦ To minimize the outgassing, venting hole and grooving are provided onto screw holes and inset sections.
◦ Besides the post holders, 25mm and 40mm stainless stages (TSDS-251、TSDS-401) can be fixed.
