These are low outgassing pedestal bases for vacuum mirror holders and lens holders.

◦ By using in combination with vacuum pedestal clamps (VPSCS), the pedestal bases can be positioned at an arbitrary position.

◦ To minimize the outgassing, venting hole and grooving are provided onto screw holes and inset sections.
◦ Please use optional vacuum screws (VSC/VCHS) for mounting M6 installing holders or M4 installing holders.
