25mm Kinematic Flip Bases, M4 Top Thread (8-32 thread in bottom)
FMB-25-UU
×

FMB Kinematic Flip Bases can be flipped just over 90 degrees to allow a mirror mount to be removed from a beam path. Because FMBs have a kinematic mechanism, they can be flipped back into position without losing alignment (within a few arc seconds). They are designed to be mounted to PED-series pedestal posts or standard RO-series 12.7mm posts.
◦FMBs can be used in combination with a pedestal or standard post and mirror mount .
◦These flip mounts have better than 5 arc-second repeatability.

| Weight | 0.0400kgs |
| Guide | Please use the handle to move the flip base rather than touching the mount (e.g. mirror mount) on top of the base. |
| Remark | ◦For best repeatability, slowly rotate the base on and off the kinematic points during the flip process. |
| Attention |
◦To ensure laser safety, please configure the flip base to move the mirror so the reflection points downwards rather than upwards. ◦Please note that only the bottom of the base is threaded as 8-32. The thread on the top of the flip base is M4. |
