It is important to select a sample stage in accordance with the application in microscopy. This combination is suitable for fixing and observing glass slide samples with a low magnification objective lens (the objective lens holder is selected according to the objective lens used from M25x0.75, M26x0.706 or M20.32x0.706).

1) 1-axis coarse manipulation: The sample holder (or objective lens holder) is operated and screwed to the small aluminum guide (OBS-120G) for focusing with low magnification objectives.
2) Sample fixation: A glass slide size sample can be fixed to the sample holder. It can be used with both upright and inverted microscopes by changing the direction of the small aluminum guide (OBS-120G) after fixation.
3) CU-100 is compatible with Nikon objective lenses with M25x0.75 mounting screws.
CU-101 is compatible with our objective lenses with M20.32x0.706 mounting screws or Olympus' objective lenses.
CU-102 is compatible with our M26x0.706 mounting screw or Mitutoyo's objective lens.
