We offer three types of piezo stages to meet different precision positioning needs:
Piezomotor stages: Provide long motorized travel with ultra-fine 20 nm resolution. These stages maintain position without power and use static friction for stability. Available in linear, rotary, and goniometer versions, including vacuum-compatible models.
Piezo-Assist stages: Deliver continuous motion with 20 nm resolution over a short 30 μm range. Coarse positioning is adjusted manually. Operation is silent and requires constant power to hold position.
Piezo feedback stages: Offer the highest resolution at 10 nm and sub-micron repeatability (< 0.1 μm) within a 100 μm range. No coarse travel mechanism. Designed for applications requiring ultra-precise feedback-controlled positioning.
