This manual stage combines the functions of both a transport stage and a positioning stage in a single unit.
It offers a travel range of 220mm and can be used for both horizontal and vertical axes.
  • The handle provides the right amount of resistance, allowing for smooth movement and precise adjustments at the 1μm level.
  • When used on a vertical axis, a payload of approximately 3kg can be operated with one hand, without any natural drops, through handle operation.
  • Once the position is set, secure it in place with the clamp lever next to the handle.
  • The clamp lever can also be repositioned to the opposite side of the axis to suit your setup.

  • We also offer a product with a 120mm travel range (TSO-601M).
  • It can be combined with the X, Y, and Z axes using the spacer (TSO-60SP) and Z bracket (TSO-60BR-Z).
  • When mounting to a surface plate or similar, use the base plate (TSO-60BP2).
  • A scale (TSO-60SC2) and stopper (TSO-60ST2) are also available.
  • For high-maneuverability long stages with travel ranges other than 120mm and 220mm, please contact us.
Attention
  • When used on a vertical axis, there is a risk of natural drop. Do not release the handle until it is secured with the clamp lever.
  • When mounting directly on a large flat surface, the handle may interfere. Please select a suitable mounting location or use the base plate (TSO-60BP2).
