Photonic Assembly

Designed for automated photonic assembly, the system enables stable and repeatable optical coupling through dual 6-axis alignment stages and optical feedback control. It supports configurable setups for fiber, waveguide, and photonic device packaging workflows.
The system is divided into three functional units:
1. Center Unit
Provides stable fixation of the device using vacuum or mechanical clamping, with optional temperature control and sensing.
2. Observation Unit
Enables real-time monitoring of fiber, waveguide, and device interfaces from vertical and horizontal views.
3. Fiber Alignment Unit
Uses dual 6-axis stages for precise fiber positioning and repeatable optical coupling.
