This unit is a 6-axis stage for automatic alignment, combining θx, θy, θz rotation with linear XYZ motion.
Symmetrical left (L) and right (R) configurations are available.
High-resolution stages provide rigid and efficient alignment performance.
Compared with the conventional automatic alignment unit (DAU-080A), this unit offers higher rigidity and longer travel range.
Magnetic mounting and holder positioning mechanisms ensure stable and repeatable placement.
A wide range of compatible holders supports different devices, including fiber holders, rotation holders, and fiber array holders.
