When using a 40mm stage product such as TSD-403L, inverted microscope is recommended.

1) Single-axis fine adjustment: fix the objective to the mount and adjust the position of the glass slide sample by manipulating the adjustment knobs on the Z-axis steel stage to focus on the high magnification objective.
2) Sample fixation: a glass slide size sample can be fixed by attaching the sample holder to the Z-axis steel stage.
3) Compatible objective mount(dia.25×0.75): Compatible with Nikon objective lenses. By changing the objective mount part to C30-CU-OLSM-M20.32 or C30-CU-OLSM-M26, objective lenses of other standards can be supported.
4) If 40mm type stage products are included, it can be used as the main part of an upright microscope as well as an inverted microscope.
Besides, the focusing usability will be improved by the fine adjustment knob (CU-FAJK-13) for Z-axis. Furthermore, it can be motorized and automated by purchasing additional actuators and controllers.
