Attention ▶La densité d'énergie du laser à l'ouverture de petite taille (ouverture de sortie) sera plus élevée que la LIDT lors de la réduction du diamètre du faisceau et l'expansion du faisceau pourrait être endommagée.
▶Il se peut que la fonction attendue ne puisse pas être obtenue lorsque l'expansion du faisceau est utilisée dans le sens inverse (réduction du diamètre du faisceau). Veuillez consulter la note technique de l'expansion du faisceau laser pour plus de détails.
