Most of California is currently in what is called a phase 3 opening of businesses. As stated, when the initial March 19, 2020 lockdown occurred, OptoSigma remained operational to support our essential business customers. Today, we remain open and are fully operational to support all businesses that are open andaccepting shipments. Our manufacturing and supply chain have not been disrupted and are fully operation.

For the safety and well being of our staff, we have implemented the following procedure:

  • Do not come to work if you feel sick, or, if you have a fever
  • Taking temperatures of all staff on site every business day
  • Wearing face masks
  • Daily sanitizing of work areas by staff
  • Observe social distancing throughout the building
  • Washing hands regularly

Furthermore, we have been working hard during this time to enhance our website. As of June 3rd, we launched a new site and have solved many challenges that our old site presented. In particular, the speed, layout and contents are significantly improved, in addition to the overall purchasing process. We realize the importance of an effective and efficient website experience for you, (Our Customers).
