At the time of starting of SGEMCS, I get an error message which cannot be read. ( - )

This message is displayed when SGEMCS is started by a general user. A message is not displayed when it is used by a user (an administrator, power user) with the authority more than a power user.

If the password is registered by the user with administrator authority, even if this message is displayed, you can click the "O.K." button and can use SGEMCS.
If you have not registered the password yet, please register it.

The file name read after reading a setting file is not displayed on the output file name of a program instruction tab. (2.0.0)

The problem was in reading a setting file.

Measurement may be well impossible if it re-measures after measurement discontinuation. (2.0.0)

On the operation screen of a controller, an error might occur at the time of a specified amount of movements. (2.0.0)

When in the case of the controller of SHOT(Mark)-2XX series "999999999" was inputted into the column of the Distance and the move button was clicked, "Relative travel error" occurred.

⇒The specification method of the output of the result in the Excel instruction measurement was changed like the program instruction measurement. Moreover, it was made to measure even if the output place was not specified.

If USB connection of the two controllers is made with PC, one of the two's communication may not be able to be performed. (1.1.3)

The problem was in processing of USB.

When measuring by a spectroradiometer (SR-3) etc., if a measurement command (commands, such as ST) is used, two or more data will be answered. How should I just receive two or more reply data? (---)

When measuring with a common luminance colorimeter (BM-5 and BM-7) etc., one data will be answered if a measurement command (commands, such as ST) is used. However, the measuring instrument with which two or more data is answered like a spectroradiometer (SR-3) cannot be measured by standard SGEMCS. Since you can use it with a semi- custom-made item, please contact us.

I cannot display the screen of SGEMCS in English. (1.1.2)

SGEMCS can be displayed in English after Version 1.1.2.

I cannot interrupt a program when I specify the number of times as 2 times or more in program instruction tab. (1.1.2)

The problem occurred in auto measure of program instruction. The program has not been interrupted when the number of times was specified to be 2 times or more in program instruction tab. (It does not occur when the number of times is 1 time.)

⇒It corrected so that the problem could be interrupted on the way.

After starting a terminal window, when program instruction measurement was performed, the error occurred. (1.1.2)

The problem occurred in communications processing of program instruction. After starting a terminal window, when program instruction measurement was performed, the error occurred. (It occurs only when performing program measurement after terminal window starting.)

When 'close' was set as the control method on the setting window of a controller (MS series), the error occurred in stage movement of Excel instructions measurement.
(Only when using a controller by closed loop control method in Excel instructions measurement, the error occurs.)

⇒This problem was corrected.

When I click 'x' button at the upper right of the axis control window and close it, I cannot display the window again. (1.1.1)

The problem occurred in display processing of axis control window. When x button at the upper right of the axis control window is clicked and it is closed, the window cannot be displayed again. (When exit button of the axis control window is clicked and it is closed, the problem does not occur.)

⇒This problem was corrected so that the window can be displayed again when x button at the upper right of the axis control window is clicked and it is closed.

When I input 0 into the move pitch in the controller settings window, I get an error message telling me to "having divided by 0". (1.1.1)

The problem was in processing of a move pitch input. When 0 was inputted into the move pitch in the controller settings window, the error of "having divided by 0" was displayed. (Usually, since a pitch is not specified to be 0, the problem does not occur.)

⇒This problem was corrected so that an error might not occur, even if it inputted 0 into a move pitch.

In the axis control window, the 2nd axis of MINI-5D has also been set as the same speed as the 1st axis. (1.1.0)

The problem was in speed settings of MINI-5D. In the axis control window, when a move button is clicked, the 2nd axis has also been set as the same speed as the 1st axis.

⇒This problem was corrected so that speed might be set up as a setting value by the 1st axis and each 2nd axis.

A stage may not move as the specified amount of movements. (1.1.0)

The problem was in calculation of the amount of movements of a stage. When the amount of movements was a decimal value, the error arose by the calculation of a decimal and there was a case where exact movement could not be performed.

⇒It corrected so that an error might not arise in calculation.

At the time of the measurement start of program instruction and Excel instructions measurement, the speed of a controller was set up only for the 1st axis. (1.1.0)

The problem was in speed settings of program instruction. At the time of the measurement start of program instruction and Excel instructions measurement, the speed of a controller was set up only for the 1st axis.

⇒This problem was corrected so that the speed of each axis might be set up correctly.

By program instruction, when a move pitch was larger than 32767, and when move pitches were -1 and -2, it did not measure correctly. (1.1.0)
