SH-AC
This triangulating laser autocollimator system features the ability to measure axial, linear diaplacement in addition to pitch & yaw angular measurements. Typically, a mirror would be mounted to the object of interest. The linear displacement measurement direction is axial at +/-5mm, along the beam path. The autocollimator head has a built-in electronic processing unit allowing for easier setup owing to fewer cable connections. A user-supplied computer is needed to run the system.

Common applications include calibrating goniometers, aligning optical components in laser systems, verifying the straightness or squareness of mechanical assemblies, and measuring small angular displacements in vibration or deformation testing. Their non-contact nature makes them ideal for delicate or high-precision setups.
